Hoag Announces Teresa Conk as President of Hoag Clinic

Conk will assume executive leadership responsibility for all Hoag Clinic divisions while continuing to lead Hoag’s clinical institutes 

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (Sept. 28, 2026) — Hoag has named a longtime Hoag leader as president of Hoag Clinic, the medical foundation that unifies the medical groups that employ physicians across Hoag's health system.     

Teresa Conk will continue to serve as Chief Clinical Institutes Officer, overseeing Hoag’s cancer, heart and vascular, women’s, neurosciences, digestive health, and spine institutes. In this expanded role, Conk will also assume executive leadership responsibility across the Hoag Clinic, which includes the institutes, Hoag’s primary care network, and more.

In her new role, Conk will continue to advance Hoag’s physician network and clinical services in support of the health system’s mission to provide high-quality care to the communities it serves. She will support the growth and development of Hoag Clinic as the organization looks to further strengthen, broaden and optimize Hoag Physician Partners, Hoag Medical Group, Hoag Specialty Clinic, and Hoag Concierge Medicine.  

The Hoag Clinic was established in 2018 as part of Hoag’s continued evolution of its physician enterprise. Today it serves as the physician platform for Hoag, bringing together physician practices across a broad range of specialties and supporting the delivery of coordinated care throughout Hoag.

Prior to joining Hoag in 2018, Conk served as Chief Strategy Officer and Associate Vice Chancellor at UCI Health, having responsibility for strategy and integration across the clinical enterprise and the School of Medicine. She has also served in senior leadership roles at Rady Children’s Hospital Orange County (formerly Children’s Hospital of Orange County) and St. Joseph Hospital in Orange. 

Ms. Conk earned her master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Southern California, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Chapman University.
