About Dr Vikram A. Mehta
Bio
Dr. Vikram Mehta is a neurosurgeon with a focus on the treatment of brain and spine conditions using new minimally invasive techniques. He believes that building a patient-doctor relationship and trust is critical to achieving good outcomes. He takes pride in understanding patient goals and designing nonoperative and operative plans around those goals.
Dr. Mehta completed his residency and fellowship at Duke University in North Carolina. Prior to that, he attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University where he studied at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. He also has a Master’s of Public Health from the USC. He has written over 40 publications and 3 book chapters and given lectures across the country.
He is originally from Orange County and is thrilled at the opportunity to return home and help care for his community.
