When you arrive
Emergency room
Patients for our Newport Beach Hospital are instructed to come through our main entrance located off N. Sunset Lane. Walk through the double doors and head to the security screening station. For everyone’s safety, all patients, staff and others must enter through a metal detector.
Self parking
Free on-site parking is available in the General Lot off Alton Pkwy.
Valet parking
Complimentary valet services are available Monday through Friday from 5 AM — 5:15 PM at the main entrance.

Hoag’s Jeffrey M. Carlton Heart & Vascular Institute provides the following outpatient cardiovascular services at Hoag Hospital Newport Beach, including:
Hoag Vascular Lab, Holter Monitoring, Stress Test, EKG, and Echocardiogram. To schedule an appointment at Hoag Vascular Lab, please call (949) 764-6350. To schedule an appointment for holter monitoring, a stress test or echocardiogram, please call (949) 764-5588.

Parking
Self-parking
Complimentary self-parking is available in the main hospital lot, with easy access to the entrance and patient drop-off areas. Clear signage throughout the campus helps you find the most convenient spot for your visit.
Valet parking
For added convenience, valet parking is offered near the main entrance. Our professional attendants provide quick, secure service to make your arrival and departure as seamless as possible.

The Information Desk is located inside the main entrance. Attendants are available to assist with room direction and other information.

Patient billing
A customer service representative is available to answer specific financial questions or to receive a payment Monday through Friday in the lobby of the Women’s Pavilion.
Smoking
Hoag is a smoke, vapor and tobacco-free campus. No smoking is allowed.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
ATMs are available in the convenience center in the cafeteria.
US mail drops
US Mail drop boxes are located at the main entrance of the hospital and in the convenience center in the cafeteria.
Concerns or questions
If there is a concern regarding patient care, please notify the patient’s caregiver or a supervisor. Patient Relations representatives can assist with patient rights, problems or concerns, interpretation of hospital policy and procedure, or lost items. The Patient Relations staff is available from 8:30 AM — 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday at (949) 764-8220. If you need immediate assistance after regular business hours, contact the charge nurse or nurse supervisor. They can be reached by calling the hospital operator at 949-764-HOAG (4624).
