Hoag offers outpatient physical rehab, as well as pelvic health and integrated therapies to support you through IBD.
Specialized Pelvic Floor therapy and treatments can aid in the strengthening and coordination of pelvic floor muscles to treat IBD-related concerns such as fecal incontinence, urinary urgency and constipation, as well as pelvic pain and adhesions.
Integrated therapies can be beneficial for pelvic floor disorders such as bowel, bladder and sexual dysfunction in addition to stress management and overall well-being.
Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy can greatly benefit patients with Sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass), fatigue and deconditioning that may accompany malnutrition, immobility or post-operative deconditioning.

IBD Support Group – Join Hoag the third Wednesday of each month at 12 pm, for this virtual support group.
CARES Program – For patients experiencing high pain or symptom burden during treatment, the Hoag CARES Team can help. Board-certified Palliative Care physicians, nurses and social workers are available to help manage physical and emotional symptoms alongside your sarcoma care team.
